Frontend Developer (TypeScript/React) – Sustainable Living Platform

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend‑Focused Developer to join a fast‑growing real‑estate tech company that builds sustainable housing solutions. This full‑time payroll position will involve shaping a new digital platform that helps customers discover, purchase, and manage eco‑friendly properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using TypeScript and React.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Create intuitive, responsive front‑end interfaces and UX/UI for Europe‑wide scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and security.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Experience with UX/UI strategy and design.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks).
• Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Interest in sustainability, green technology, or proptech.
