Front Office Trainee

About the role

We are seeking a Front Office Trainee to join the Front Office Department of the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place starting January 2027. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to guest‑service operations in a vibrant, international hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑ins, assign rooms, and activate keys.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to confirm room availability and handle guest requests.
• Respond professionally to guest calls, emails, and messages.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Assist with check‑outs, process payments, and resolve billing inquiries.
• Confirm reservations, manage cancellations, and prepare daily arrival/departure reports.
• Support the team in maintaining Marriott service standards.
