Front-end Engineer (React/React Native)

About the role
Twipe is looking for a Front‑end Engineer to design and develop modern web and mobile applications using React and React Native. You will join a fast‑growing mediatech scale‑up that powers digital editions for leading newspaper publishers.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and build responsive React Native and React web applications with clean, seamless user interfaces.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases by diagnosing and fixing bugs.
- Integrate native device APIs for deep platform functionality.
- Consume third‑party APIs to extend application features.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure high quality and reliability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of professional front‑end development experience, primarily with React.
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile development environments.
- Proven ability to build object‑oriented web applications using JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
