Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist at Aspria Royal La Rasante club welcomes members and visitors, providing a professional and courteous first impression in a dynamic health‑club environment. This full‑time position is ideal for an energetic individual with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys helping people and handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, efficient welcome.
• Answer telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately.
• Process bookings promptly using the club’s reservation software.
• Handle member complaints, questions, and requests with professionalism.
• Collect payments by cash or credit card, issue receipts and give change.
• Collaborate with all club departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform night‑audit duties when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service role.
• Fluent in French and English; additional European language is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Stress‑resistant, highly organized and able to work flexible shifts (06:30‑23:00, including weekends).
• Team‑oriented with an energetic personality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation software.
• Ability to handle cash and credit‑card transactions accurately.
• Strong language skills in French and English.
