French‑Speaking FinTech Customer Support Specialist – Relocate to Greece

About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking customer support experts to join our FinTech team in Greece. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality assistance to French‑language clients using phone, email and chat, with full relocation support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional support to French‑speaking FinTech customers via multiple channels.
• Handle inquiries related to financial products, transactions, account management and technical issues.
• Record interactions accurately and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and improve service standards.
• Stay informed about FinTech product updates and regulatory requirements.
• Offer insights and suggestions for continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written); English proficiency preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within FinTech or financial services.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, professional demeanor and adaptability.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation costs covered.
