French-Speaking CX Marketing Consultant

About the role

Huble, a global HubSpot, AI, marketing and creative consultancy, is looking for a French-speaking Marketing (CX) Consultant based in Brussels. The consultant advises clients on their business and marketing needs, builds strategy and technology architecture, configures technology and manages change, in a fast-paced agency-style team.

Key responsibilities

• Define success with clients, audit existing marketing and give Martech best-practice recommendations
• Design marketing and customer experience strategy, including messaging, audience ICP, journey mapping and behavioural change design, and brief creative, SEO and paid media teams
• Build website CRO strategy, audit content and brief designers and developers
• Map marketing operations using a Jobs To Be Done framework, set up and optimise HubSpot systems, automation and reports, and train clients on change management
• Report on marketing performance against KPIs and keep clients satisfied

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Strategy, or equivalent marketing certifications
• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Previous client-facing consulting or specialist role in a digital agency or consultancy is a bonus
• Experience developing and running marketing automation programs, and reporting on digital marketing performance
• Strong business acumen across marketing, sales and customer service
• Experience in organisational change management, behavioural science, brand strategy or GTM strategy is a bonus

Required skills

• Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent (Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo); certification is a bonus
• Solid knowledge of HubSpot CMS or equivalent (WordPress, Drupal, Wix)
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of: SEO, paid media, email marketing/marketing automation, website strategy and CRO
