About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Freight Forwarder Export to join our Antwerp team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will manage the complete export process, ensuring smooth freight transportation and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of export freight forwarding operations.
• Coordinate and prepare export documentation.
• Facilitate smooth transportation of goods to international destinations.
• Provide proactive customer service and maintain operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proficiency in forwarding and freight forwarding operations.
• Experience handling export processes and related documentation.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Knowledge of freight transportation logistics and practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment.
• Prior experience in logistics or freight forwarding is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications or education in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
