Founding GTM Lead

About the role

R3AL.AI is building plug‑and‑play AI optimization layers that make models faster, cheaper and more reliable. As the founding Go‑to‑Market (GTM) hire you will create the sales engine from scratch, bring in the first customers and shape the commercial strategy for years to come.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and build a pipeline from zero without an existing playbook.
• Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone calls.
• Automate and scale outbound activities using tools such as Lemlist, Clay, n8n and Claude Code.
• Maintain a clean CRM and honest pipeline reporting.
• Book meetings and deliver product demos, primarily to CTOs and engineering teams.
• Collaborate directly with the founder on GTM strategy, positioning and early commercial decisions.
• Define sales culture, processes and metrics from day one.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, outbound or GTM roles (SDR, AE, founder‑led sales, etc.).
• Strong appetite for phone outreach, resilience to rejection and a hunger to build.
• Technical curiosity sufficient to understand deep‑learning fundamentals and model‑optimization challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality and comfort working in uncertainty.
