Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for short‑term rental businesses and needs a founding growth marketer to drive demand and acquire customers. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position working directly with the founder to build the growth engine from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, set strategy, launch campaigns and be accountable for results.
• Generate qualified leads and demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and industry partnerships.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling what works and stopping what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, content production and automation.
• Build and optimise funnels and landing pages to improve conversion from first impression to paying customer.
• Track performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition cost and pipeline contribution.

• Fast learner who can quickly pick up new growth channels and tools.
• Highly motivated to become an expert growth marketer.
• AI‑savvy and comfortable using modern automation tools.
• Resourceful, self‑directed and able to achieve goals without detailed instructions.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data, attribution and turning insights into action.
• Commercially focused, measuring success by qualified demand and customers.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with paid advertising, SEO, outbound, content or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience building partnerships or referral programs.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation and copy generation.
