Founding Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a founding Full‑Stack Engineer to help turn Exhibitly into the AI category leader for B2B events. You will build a brand‑new suite of AI‑driven tools from scratch, working closely with the founders and a fast‑moving team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship end‑to‑end features, from backend architecture to frontend UX.
• Build and scale new products such as search, dashboards, AI‑powered interfaces and data‑heavy flows.
• Refine the tech stack, workflows and technical standards.
• Collaborate directly with founders on product and architecture decisions.
• Develop infrastructure to support rapid demand growth and maintain low technical debt.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building production web applications.
• Strong expertise in Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
• AI‑native developer who leverages tools like Cursor or Claude in daily work.
• Comfortable in fast‑moving, high‑ownership environments and clear communicator with strong product intuition.
