Founding Engineer (AI-powered Industrial Service Platform)

About the role

We are looking for a founding engineer to transform our AI‑powered industrial service platform into a reliable, production‑ready product. You will own the core product, data and document infrastructure, cloud foundation, and AI‑driven user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the backend and customer‑facing product, including workflows, integrations, and field‑usable service knowledge.
• Build and maintain the AI foundation, creating state‑of‑the‑art models that help industrial service teams work faster and smarter.
• Define and implement the engineering architecture, cloud infrastructure, reliability, monitoring, and technical standards as the product grows.

Required profile

• Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS, AI products, or data‑heavy systems.
• Strong ownership mindset, eager to shape an early engineering team.
