Founding Creator & Social Media Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Founding Creator & Social Media Associate to capture the LINEAL journey and turn it into compelling video content. You will work side‑by‑side with founders, professional athletes and creative partners, producing everything from quick reels to longer‑form videos.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow LINEAL’s social media channels.
• Plan, produce and publish a continuous flow of video content.
• Film and edit trailers, highlights, interviews, Reels, Shorts, Stories and longer‑form pieces.
• Transform athletes, rivalries, rankings and title fights into engaging stories.
• Create recurring formats around events, athletes and behind‑the‑scenes life.
• Launch new initiatives such as podcasts or fight‑night events.
• Manage content production for fight nights, camps, showcases and athlete shoots, including live streams and mini after‑movies.

Required profile

• Social‑media manager with a few years of experience who wants to move from posting to producing.
• Recent graduate in film, media or communications, or a self‑taught creator with a strong portfolio.
• Freelancer or junior professional with relevant video‑production experience.
• Bonus: proven track record of independently building and growing social‑media projects.
