Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to ensure the seamless operation of its food and beverage services. The role combines front‑of‑house guest focus with back‑of‑house coordination, aiming to deliver memorable dining experiences for hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department, overseeing service standards and operational efficiency.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction by responding promptly to enquiries and feedback.
• Implement departmental plans and objectives to meet hotel targets for revenue, profitability, and cost control.
• Supervise and develop the F&B team, fostering a culture of growth, performance, and teamwork.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, internal policies, and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food & beverage service within a hospitality environment.
• Strong supervisory and managerial abilities with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• High personal integrity and the capacity to meet demanding standards of excellence.
