Food & Beverage Manager – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations at nhow Brussels Bloom. You will work in a vibrant, avant‑garde hotel environment, delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule team shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Train, supervise and coach F&B team members.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Sales on F&B‑related bookings.
• Manage inventory, ordering and material control for the department.
• Oversee daily service, guaranteeing compliance with quality, brand and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly across departments and ensure tasks are completed effectively.

Required profile

• College diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in Food & Beverage management.
• Strong commercial and business sense.
• Leadership abilities and a passion for teamwork.
• Focus on operational excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
