Food & Beverage Assistant Manager Trainee (Brussels)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Assistant Manager Trainee to join the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place starting August/September 2026. This full‑time internship offers hands‑on exposure to restaurant, bar and banquet operations within a leading international hotel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the F&B Manager in supervising daily restaurant, bar and banquet activities.
• Assist in motivating, coaching and guiding team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Provide courteous support to associates and guests, helping resolve concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork, engagement and a service‑oriented culture across the department.
• Carry out administrative tasks, operational follow‑up and quality‑control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, health and safety regulations and service procedures.
