Floor Manager – Luxury Cosmetics (38h)

About the role

The Luxury division of L’Oréal seeks a Floor Manager to lead the Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent & Giorgio Armani cosmetics counters at the INNO department store in Brussels. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure an exceptional luxury experience for customers, and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of multiple luxury cosmetics counters.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Beauty Advisors.
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and visual merchandising.
• Plan and execute promotional activities in collaboration with store management.
• Monitor sales KPIs and implement actions to achieve targets.
• Ensure a personalized, high‑quality shopping experience for every client.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in a retail environment.
• Background in cosmetics or luxury retail is a plus.
• Strong affinity for luxury brands and high‑end customer service.
• Fluent in French and English (Dutch optional).
• Flexible availability for weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Business acumen and commercial awareness.
