Flexible Receptionist – Day & Night Shifts

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Flexi Receptionist to join our Front Office team at Radisson Hotel Group. You will be the first point of contact for guests, clients and visitors, delivering a warm and professional experience across both day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients and staff in a friendly manner.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures where applicable.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and front‑desk inquiries.
• Provide concierge and valet assistance.
• Maintain visitor logs and follow security procedures.
• Support administrative tasks for various departments.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and well presented.
• Coordinate messages, deliveries and internal communications.
• Perform night‑shift duties such as security monitoring and basic reporting.
• Facilitate smooth handover between day and night teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, front office or customer service.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, night and weekend shifts.
• Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Calm and efficient under pressure.
• Trustworthy and reliable.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, especially MS Office.
