Job description
PwC is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead strategy and transformation engagements for leading banks, insurers and other financial institutions. You will work on a broad range of topics, from growth and customer strategy to operating models, digital and AI‑enabled change, payments, lending and large‑scale transformation programmes. The role combines client delivery, team leadership and business development, requiring you to structure complex challenges, develop practical recommendations and support implementation.
You will advise senior financial services stakeholders, translate strategy into tangible change, and lead consulting teams to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery. Building trusted client relationships and contributing to proposals and new offerings are also key parts of the role.
