Financial Services Consultant (0-3 yrs)

About the role

Sia is seeking a motivated Consultant to join its Financial Services practice. You will work on transformation projects for clients, applying data‑driven insights and supporting the delivery of strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments such as data structuring, analysis, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and produce functional specifications.
• Support team activities and contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars.
• Collaborate with colleagues across industries to deliver innovative solutions.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering or related field.
• 0‑3 years of consulting experience or relevant professional experience.
• Strong interest in financial services, data, and AI topics.
• Analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented, and rigorous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English; willingness to travel for temporary assignments abroad.
