Financial Planning & Analysis Controller

About the role

As an FP&A Controller you will join the Controlling department to provide accurate financial information and insights. You will work closely with business controllers and the FP&A Manager, supporting month‑end, year‑end, budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end and year‑end closing from an FP&A perspective.
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Collect, validate and consolidate financial and operational data.
• Deliver intuitive reports, clear analyses and technical support to business controllers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within finance.
• Assist with ad‑hoc financial analyses, projects and reporting system enhancements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in controlling or FP&A.
• Independent work style with strong data‑crunching and high‑level synthesis abilities.
• Can‑do attitude, ownership and commitment.
• Structured approach to milestones and deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of Power BI (advantage)
