About the role

We are looking for a proactive Financial Controller to join our ambitious organisation in Antwerp. In this role you will oversee financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of financial reporting activities and guarantee timely delivery of accurate information.
• Perform variance analyses and deliver recommendations to improve business performance.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans.
• Monitor financial processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and transparency.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
• Partner with various departments to support financial decision‑making and business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in financial controlling, reporting, or management accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and performance analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on mindset with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
