Financial Architect – Finance Officer

About the role

Atos is seeking a Financial Architect to join its Finance team in the Brussels region. Working in a hybrid setting, you will support complex ICT outsourcing and transformation bids across Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the Nordics, helping shape commercial strategies and financial structures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and analyse financial cases for large‑scale ICT outsourcing and transformation deals.
• Support commercial strategy through financial modelling, deal pricing and what‑if scenario analysis.
• Prepare structured financial analyses and presentations for internal reviews and client discussions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including sales, solution, delivery, finance, tax, treasury, risk and legal.
• Collect cost data, identify risks, shape deals and contribute to commercial negotiations.
• Build robust financial cases that support governance decisions and attractive commercial offers.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in finance, commercial finance, business control, pricing, consulting or audit/advisory.
• Analytical, structured and commercially curious with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proactive, able to challenge assumptions and improve deal outcomes.
• Team‑oriented, flexible and comfortable working in cross‑functional bid environments with tight deadlines.
• Client‑focused with the ability to explain financial value clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
• High‑level knowledge of ICT services and products is a plus.
