Finance Manager

About the role

Locinox, a Belgian gate manufacturer, is looking for a Finance Manager based in Waregem. You will take end-to-end responsibility for the financial closing and reporting of Locinox Belgium, the US and other entities, acting both as a coach for the team and as a hands-on professional involved in day-to-day financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Take final responsibility for monthly and annual closing and prepare and analyse monthly management reporting
• Coordinate the budgeting process with the COO, analyse P&L results and turn them into actionable recommendations
• Monitor the financial health of the entities, prepare cash flow planning and manage treasury activities
• Prepare annual accounts and reports, and act as main contact for auditors and external partners
• Monitor tax legislation, prepare tax returns and improve financial structures, reporting tools and workflows

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Extensive, proven experience in finance management
• Strong knowledge of taxation and tax regulations
• Interest in and/or experience with AI applications in finance, with the ambition to use them pragmatically
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong analytical skills, structured approach and solution-oriented mindset
