Finance Manager

About the role

AMKTech is seeking a Finance Manager to safeguard the company’s financial health and provide strategic insight to senior leadership. The role combines hands‑on financial management with forward‑looking analysis in a fast‑growing technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive review.
• Build and update financial models to support strategic decisions and investment evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Proven track record in financial planning, reporting and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA or an MBA in Finance is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks or comparable financial software.
• Ability to construct and maintain detailed financial models.
