Finance Manager – Full Mandate & Budget – Tech Scale-up

About the role

Join a fast‑growing technology scale‑up in Brussels as Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the CFO and holding a permanent seat on the Executive Committee, you will own the entire finance function for the Belgian entity and drive its transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of accounting, month‑end closing, consolidation and financial reporting across Belgium.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP optimisation, reporting automation and reduction of manual processes.
• Develop and maintain rolling cash forecasts with best‑ and worst‑case scenarios for executive decision‑making.
• Analyse project profitability by product, project and country, translating results into actionable business decisions.
• Strengthen compliance, internal controls and finance governance across the group.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• At least 7 years of experience covering audit, controlling and finance management.

• Salary up to €110,000 gross per year, plus bonus up to 15% of gross salary.
