Finance Manager – Full Mandate & Budget – Tech Scale-up

About the role

We are looking for a senior Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function for a fast‑growing technology scale‑up headquartered in Brussels. Reporting directly to the CFO and sitting on the Executive Committee, you will drive the finance transformation and ensure the business has the financial insight it needs to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own accounting, month‑end closing, consolidation and financial reporting for the Belgian entity.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives across ERP, reporting and process automation to shorten the close cycle and eliminate manual work.
• Develop and maintain rolling cash forecasts with best‑ and worst‑case scenarios for executive decision‑making.
• Analyse project and product profitability by country, providing actionable insights to the business.
• Strengthen compliance, internal controls and finance governance across the group.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• Minimum 7 years of experience covering audit, controlling and finance management.

• Salary up to €110,000 gross per year, plus bonus up to 15 % of gross salary.
