Finance Coordinator

About the role

BDO is seeking a Finance Coordinator to support its global office service lines. The role involves managing financial results, pricing models, and billing processes while ensuring accurate reporting and continuous improvement of finance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to financial results, pricing models, and billing.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial result reports.
• Monitor forecasts, assess impacts, and align finance activities across global service lines.
• Identify optimisation opportunities for finance systems and support global project roll‑outs.
• Provide guidance on financial reporting and billing issues to BDO firms.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and assist with ad‑hoc finance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable finance or accounting role.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Proactive, self‑starter attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
• Analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and capable of independent decision‑making.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (mandatory).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
