Finance Business Partner

About the role

As a Finance Business Partner you will work closely with business counterparts to shape financial planning, provide insight‑driven recommendations and support strategic decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the forecasting process, including long‑term plans, budgets and monthly/quarterly reviews of revenue, direct margin and operating expenses.
• Challenge, consolidate and present financial figures to Finance and Business directors.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating financial insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Provide forward‑looking scenario analysis and support decision‑making with financial insights.
• Report monthly variances against plans, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support performance improvement by delivering financial opinions on complex business or customer cases for senior management.
• Collaborate with Finance and Support teams such as Tax, Accounting, Legal, Procurement and Treasury.

Required profile

• University degree in a financial field.
• At least 5 years of experience in audit, controlling or financial analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a remote, cross‑country environment.
• Ability to maintain high performance during periods of increased workload.
• Results‑oriented, analytical and comfortable working under pressure.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, assertive and diplomatic.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to learn additional applications such as EPS, Salesforce and OneStream.
