Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a fast‑growing medical‑sector company in Brussels. In this permanent position you will partner with senior leaders, providing financial insight and support for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly management reports, analysing financial and operational performance for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts in close collaboration with business teams.
• Monitor cash position, support liquidity management and prepare lender‑focused financial reporting.
• Lead strategic finance projects such as carve‑outs, restructurings and other high‑impact initiatives.
• Assist senior leadership with ad‑hoc analyses, board preparation, acquisitions and other priority projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of finance experience, preferably in audit, transaction services, consulting, FP&A or business partnering.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior audiences.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English, hands‑on, rigorous and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
