Finance & Administration Manager – SaaS Growth

About the role

Kitry Group, a fast‑growing SaaS provider of Occupational Health & Safety solutions, is entering a new scaling phase after its recent acquisition. The Finance & Administration Manager will own the full finance function, drive digital transformation, and support strategic decisions alongside the CEO, investors and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting, invoicing, payment management and coordination of general and analytical accounting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and ensure data accuracy in collaboration with external accounting firms in Belgium and France.
• Prepare board and investor reports, interact with banks and financial partners, and advise the CEO on financial strategy.
• Select and implement an ERP solution (Odoo‑like), define requirements, structure scalable processes and develop dashboards using Power BI.
• Manage procurement, supplier contracts and monitor SaaS tool renewals to ensure cost‑efficient processes.
• Coordinate payroll, HR administration, personnel contracts and supervise an administrative support team member and external partners.

Required profile

• Hands‑on finance and administration professional.
• Proven experience in managing full‑cycle financial operations.
• Experience leading ERP implementation projects.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and investors.

Required skills

• ERP implementation (Odoo or similar).
• Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Financial reporting and budgeting.
