Field Sales Trainer – BENELUX Region

About the role

The Field Sales Trainer supports Pandora’s growth strategy by delivering training to store managers and teams across the Benelux region. The role focuses on elevating selling skills, optimizing store operations, and deepening brand and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding sessions for store teams in face‑to‑face and virtual formats.
• Facilitate virtual collection trainings and on‑floor sales training.
• Co‑lead regional STM meetings and implement the regional training strategy.
• Deliver classroom and virtual programs such as the Retail Trainee Program and FLOURISH Training Champions.
• Support store openings and refits with targeted training.
• Provide Train‑the‑Trainer sessions for Regional Sales Managers.

Required profile

• University degree in Learning & Development, Training, Coaching or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in training and learning, preferably in retail, fashion or FMCG, within an international environment.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Willingness to travel 3.5–4 days per week across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong people‑centric approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
