Field Sales Representative – Belgium (B2B Pet Food)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to drive B2B growth for a Super Premium pet food brand in Belgium. You will own the development of customer relationships, introduce new products, and ensure optimal in‑store visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand B2B customer relationships in the pet food sector.
• Prospect and manage both existing and new accounts.
• Introduce new products and promotions, optimizing shelf presentation.
• Support new store installations and maintain shelf space for our range.
• Monitor market trends, competition and propose tailored offers and assortments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
• Genuine interest in animals and the pet food market.
• Structured, detail‑oriented, entrepreneurial and hands‑on mindset.
• Autonomous, taking ownership of activities.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus.
