Export Sales Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role

The Export Sales Manager for the Middle East & Africa will own the commercial performance of CCBP’s established export region. The focus is on protecting and expanding existing customer relationships, increasing volume and product mix, while also pursuing selective growth opportunities in Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Take full P&L‑mindset responsibility for the Middle East & Africa region.
• Maintain, strengthen and personally steward long‑standing relationships with key accounts, distributors and importers.
• Grow existing accounts by increasing volume, share of wallet and product mix through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Prioritise Saudi Arabia as the cornerstone market, safeguarding and further developing this segment.
• Identify, qualify and open selective new business opportunities on the African continent.
• Plan and lead a structured on‑site visit programme to build face‑to‑face relationships.
• Negotiate annual volume and pricing agreements, set regional targets and own the budget and forecast.
• Deliver product trainings, tastings, demonstrations and masterclasses to customers and their teams.
• Prepare for, attend and follow up international trade fairs and customer events.
• Manage export documentation, customs formalities and ensure compliance with import, labeling, food‑safety and halal requirements.
• Collaborate with back‑office, production, purchasing and quality to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and report pipeline, volumes and margins to management.
