Experienced External Recruiter (Hybrid, Brussels)

About the role

Join a leading bank’s External Staffing team in Brussels and take charge of sourcing top external talent. This hybrid position combines strategic partnership with hiring managers and hands‑on management of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and assess external consultant profiles, including body‑shopping and time‑and‑materials arrangements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Manage recruitment requests end‑to‑end, ensuring smooth transition from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with procurement, risk, and sourcing guidelines.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in recruitment or procurement, preferably in external staffing or body‑shopping.
• Strong knowledge of the sourcing market; IT recruitment experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with excellent English communication skills.
• Proven stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with Nétive platform (advantageous).
