Executive Creative Director

About the role

Profirst, an independent brand experience agency, is seeking an Executive Creative Director to shape both client projects and the agency’s own narrative. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work at the intersection of strategy and creation, turning brand briefs into powerful, culturally resonant concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client pitches and major projects by defining brand territory, formulating the central idea, and delivering a comprehensive brand brief.
• Develop and activate Profirst’s positioning, tone, and public voice in close partnership with the Head of Communication.
• Provide cultural and brand intelligence, bringing timely insights that answer “why now.”
• Facilitate upstream strategic sessions, including ideation workshops, brand immersion, and brief decoding.
• Formulate the “big idea” that guides scenography, hospitality, content, and graphic identity across projects.
• Drive the evolution of Profirst toward a creative‑agency identity and champion AI fluency within experiential marketing.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in luxury, beauty, fashion or lifestyle brand experience.
• Proven ability to think conceptually before execution and to translate insights into compelling narratives.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams and influencing agency positioning.
• Comfort with senior freelance or consulting arrangements as well as permanent employment.
