Executive Compensation Analyst Trainee EMEA (French Speaker)

About the role

ISS STOXX is looking for a pool of research trainees for the winter/spring of 2027, working during proxy voting season. As an Executive Compensation Analyst, you will join the Data Operations team and help deliver data and research on the compensation systems of executives and management board members of listed European companies. The traineeship is fixed-term, paid 2,242.81 EUR gross per month for 4.5 months, from 11 January 2027 to 31 May 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Assist analysts by closely inspecting publicly disclosed documents of listed companies.
• Carry out analyses of executive remuneration and pay practices for your assigned markets.
• Follow ISS STOXX methodology on pay-for-performance analysis and the qualitative assessment of listed companies.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written) and French.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance or Law, or currently studying for one.
• Interest in corporate governance, executive compensation, capital markets, research and data collection.
• Good attention to detail, able to handle large amounts of information, work independently and take initiative while remaining a team player.
• An organized and structured mind.
