Executive Assistant to Chief Commercial Officer (Temporary)

About the role

Join a leading Belgian organization undergoing a large‑scale commercial transformation. As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will provide high‑level administrative support in a fast‑moving, corporate environment located in the heart of Brussels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex, constantly changing calendar, anticipating priorities to keep the CCO focused on strategic matters.
• Attend boardroom meetings, capture minutes, synthesize reports and extract actionable items.
• Track and follow up on action items, ensuring deadlines are met with internal stakeholders.
• Take initiative on ad‑hoc projects arising from the transformation, bringing structure before being asked.

Required profile

• Immediate availability or very short notice.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong organisational skills with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
• Stress‑resistant, agile and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
• Proactive self‑starter who anticipates needs and adds value.
• Flexible team player comfortable working 2‑3 days remotely and on‑site as required.
