Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer of eCarsTrade, a fast‑growing digital car marketplace operating in more than 40 countries. The role combines high‑level administrative support with the opportunity to influence daily operations and special projects in a dynamic start‑up environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and both domestic and international travel.
• Organise team‑building activities, internal communications and staff‑engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate private events and personal tasks for the CEO.
• Attend meetings, take detailed notes and draft follow‑up actions.
• Prepare and process expense reports and routine correspondence.
• Centralise documents, reports, tables and charts while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role.
• Ability to work on‑site in Puurs with a partial remote work arrangement.
• Fluent English; Dutch and French are strong pluses.
