About the role
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant & Communication Coordinator to support senior leadership in a fast‑paced environment. This hybrid role blends executive support, internal communication, and employer‑branding activities, ensuring smooth operations and strong employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day executive assistance, managing complex calendars, travel, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documents for senior leadership.
- Take accurate meeting notes, track decisions, and follow up on strategic actions.
- Develop and execute internal communication initiatives across platforms such as The HUB.
- Draft and publish internal announcements, organizational updates, and leadership messages.
- Support employer‑branding campaigns, social‑media content, and external visibility efforts.
- Organise company events, team‑building activities, onboarding sessions, and employee‑engagement programmes.
- Handle general office coordination, manage communication inboxes, and ensure cross‑departmental collaboration.
Required profile
- Trilingual in Dutch, French, and English (Dutch mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Communication Coordinator.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail‑orientation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
