Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios that will be used to train advanced AI systems. The role is fully remote and project‑based, focusing on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that reflect authentic client problems, financial data, constraints and incomplete information.
• Break each scenario into discrete consulting tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy and operational diagnosis.
• Create grading rubrics, evaluation criteria and golden‑answer solutions for each task to enable automated assessment of AI‑generated outputs.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the tasks and evaluation frameworks align with the capabilities of large language models.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready presentations under tight deadlines.
• Experience defending recommendations in uncertain or data‑limited environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheet and presentation software).
