Event Operations Manager – Festival & Event Logistics

About the role

Mobile Locker is seeking an Event Operations Manager to drive commercial growth and ensure flawless execution of festivals and events across Europe. You will act as the main liaison between clients, partners, crews and internal teams, coordinating every step from planning to on‑site delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on sales leads, develop new business opportunities and maintain long‑term relationships with festival organizers and event partners.
• Recruit, schedule and coordinate event crews, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, partners and internal teams.
• Lead on‑site operations, overseeing setup, breakdown and day‑to‑day event execution.
• Plan and coordinate transport logistics with drivers, suppliers and event organizers.
• Monitor crew performance, manage administrative follow‑up and keep event and sales data up to date in internal systems.
• Provide hands‑on support during setup and breakdown when needed, especially during peak festival season.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch with strong English and French communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in building long‑term relationships.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during festival season.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and occasional camping at festival sites.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
