European Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced European Sales Manager to drive growth across key markets in Europe for Lessine, a fast‑growing industrial equipment manufacturer. The role focuses on expanding our presence, building strong customer relationships, and securing new business aligned with our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share throughout Europe.
• Identify, approach and win new business while nurturing existing accounts.
• Represent Lessine at trade fairs, industry events and on‑site customer visits across the continent.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, technical sales and project engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to continuously refine the sales approach.
• Achieve defined sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in bulk materials or process equipment.
• Strong knowledge of European industrial markets; existing network is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and a valid driver’s licence.
