European Sales Manager – Emulsions & Latex

About the role

The European Sales Manager for Emulsions & Latex will lead EOC Group’s commercial activities across Europe. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be fully accountable for revenue, margin and profitable growth of the emulsions and latex portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver EU revenue and gross‑margin targets with full P&L responsibility.
• Define and execute the annual commercial plan, including pricing, volume targets and market‑segment priorities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities across all relevant segments and geographies.
• Drive disciplined account management with major customers, including contract negotiations and value‑based pricing.
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics, translating intelligence into commercial decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed EU sales team, setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
• Recruit and onboard new commercial talent and foster a customer‑centric, collaborative team culture.
• Co‑develop multi‑year commercial strategy, identify growth platforms, emerging applications and under‑penetrated markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial leadership within the specialty chemicals or related industrial sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, set pricing strategy and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong track record of building and leading high‑performing, cross‑border sales teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret market intelligence and drive strategic decisions.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with major industrial customers.
