About the role

One Planet Studio (OPS) is launching the innovative i2Cool radiative‑cooling technology across Europe and seeks a driven Entrepreneur & Managing Director to own the market entry from day one. This senior position offers the chance to run a pre‑validated venture with proven technology, early leads and exclusive commercialisation rights.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Europe go‑to‑market strategy for i2Cool.
• Identify and prioritise target customer segments such as contractors, developers and architects.
• Develop pricing models that balance market penetration with profitability.
• Lead business development, sales prospecting and revenue generation activities.
• Build and promote the i2Cool brand throughout the European market.
• Drive fundraising initiatives and manage investor relations in partnership with OPS.
• Maintain a strong partnership with the i2Cool technology provider.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial self‑starter with a genuine passion for cleantech and sustainability.
• Experience in architectural or industrial coatings markets.
• Proven track record in business development, B2B sales or go‑to‑market execution.
• Deep knowledge of the European coatings industry.
• Strategic thinker who is comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute.
• Excellent communicator able to engage contractors, investors and stakeholders.
