Engineering Project Manager – Life Sciences

About the role

As an Engineering Project Manager you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects for pharmaceutical and life‑science clients. Based in Machelen, you will act as the primary liaison between technical teams and customers, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule and budget while complying with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP and other regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional engineering teams, fostering clear communication and alignment across all phases.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to guarantee timely delivery.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise processes, increase efficiency and add value to client operations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project‑management experience, preferably in pharma or life‑sciences.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations such as GMP, GDP, FDA and EMA.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Fluent in English and a good level of French.
