Engineer – Power Plant & Renewable Operations

About the role

Engie is looking for engineers to support its power plant and renewable operations, including batteries, wind farms and hydro projects. The position is open to recent graduates and experienced professionals in electro‑mechanics, chemistry, physics, electronics or civil engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the operation and maintenance of power generation assets.
• Support design, testing and optimisation of renewable energy installations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on infrastructure and structural projects.
• Analyse market data and contribute to energy management decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering (electro‑mechanics, chemistry, physics, electronics or civil engineering).
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify processes.
