End-to-End Supply Planning Specialist

About the role

You will be responsible for planning end‑to‑end product supply to ensure vaccines reach patients reliably and on time. Working closely with manufacturing, finance, quality and commercial teams, you will balance demand, capacity and inventory while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain product supply plans that meet customer demand while optimising inventory and reducing waste.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, quality and commercial teams to align production schedules and resolve constraints.
• Monitor supply performance and inventory levels, and lead corrective actions to protect service and availability.
• Use planning systems and data to forecast demand, capacity and material needs.
• Support rollout and adoption of new planning processes and digital tools to improve speed and accuracy.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce lead time and increase supply reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling or inventory management.
• Practical knowledge of planning systems such as SAP, OMP or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to inform decisions.
• Good communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
