Employee Relations & Policies Specialist

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Employee Relations & Policies Specialist to support its people, leaders and HR community across Belgium and Luxembourg. As a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert, you will help ensure a fair, respectful and compliant workplace while contributing to strategic people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, policy and compliance matters for Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Advise leaders and HR partners on performance issues, conflicts, grievances, misconduct and sensitive situations.
• Partner with Corporate Investigations, Legal and Compliance to support internal investigations and ensure appropriate resolution.
• Lead or support disciplinary, grievance and workplace investigation processes, ensuring consistency and legal compliance.
• Monitor changes in local employment legislation and translate them into practical HR policies and guidance.
• Develop, implement and communicate HR policies, standards and Employee Relations programs.
• Analyze employee relations trends and workforce data to identify risks and recommend solutions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Belgian and Luxembourg employment legislation.
• Experience advising on complex employee relations and HR policy matters.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR, Legal, Corporate Investigations and business leaders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
