EHS Administrator

About the role
Mercury is seeking an EHS Administrator to support its construction projects in Mons. You will ensure that all health, safety and environmental training is properly recorded, tracked and delivered through the company’s Learning Management System.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate EHS training on the Mercury Engineering LMS, managing records, expiration dates and scheduling.
- Upload and verify training completion for both direct employees and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with EHS leads and site project managers to identify training needs.
- Report weekly training statistics and task completion to EHS management.
- Assist with audits of the EHS training platform and ensure compliance with Mercury policies and GDPR.
- Support the broader Mercury EHS department and Engineering organisation as a team member.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in a similar EHS or training coordination role.
- Previous experience in construction operations.
- Detail‑oriented with strong communication abilities.
- Capable of working effectively within a busy team environment.
Required skills
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Training record management and tracking.
