Education Solutions Specialist

About the role

You will join the Institute for Medical Practice (iMEP) team in Mechelen, Belgium, to design and deliver high‑quality medical education experiences. The role involves organising internal and external training programmes, hands‑on simulations, and flagship events while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external experts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging simulation and procedural trainings for internal and external audiences (≈50% of time).
• Contribute to the development of new medical education programmes and innovative learning formats.
• Identify best practices in adult learning, build and manage a network of trainers, speakers and education partners (≈25%).
• Monitor outcomes, analyse data and report on education effectiveness to ensure alignment with business priorities (≈25%).

Required profile

• Degree in healthcare, life sciences, education or equivalent experience; a nursing degree is a plus.
• Proven experience delivering medical, technical or professional training programmes.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Willingness to travel 20‑25% of the time.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with haemodialysis machines in a nephrology or intensive‑care setting.
• Proficiency with simulation‑based learning platforms.
• Familiarity with digital education tools and innovative learning methods.
